    Please note that rooms must be canceled by August 29, 2027, to receive a refund.

  • Summit Registration: Any cancellations less than 60 days prior to the event (July 31, 2027) are non-refundable.

    Room Reservation: Any cancellations less than 1 month (August 29, 2027) are non-refundable and your responsibility.

  • Coastal Resort Clothes:
    Late September at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel typically brings daytime temperatures in the mid-70s and evenings in the low-60s. Pack business resort attire for the day and a light jacket or sweater for cooler evenings overlooking the Pacific.

    Extra Room for Swag:
    You won’t be leaving empty-handed, so leave some room in your luggage for all the amazing swag!

    Leisure Time Clothing:
    Enjoy the resort’s pools, nearby beach, and beautiful coastline during your downtime. Don’t forget swimwear, sunglasses, and comfortable walking shoes for exploring the resort and surrounding area.

  • For our event at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, we invite you to embrace a resort casual style that combines comfort and elegance. Sport coats and dress shoes are not necessary.

    For men, we recommend slacks, chinos, or well-fitted jeans paired with a polo, button-down shirt, or lightweight sweater. Women can opt for sundresses, jumpsuits, skirts, or other resort casual attire.

    Late September evenings along the coast can be cool, so bring a light jacket, sweater, or wrap to stay comfortable as the sun sets.

    Dinners: Coastal Resort Attire
    We’ll enjoy oceanfront cocktail receptions and dinners on the lawn. Ladies, flats or wedges are strongly encouraged!

  • One of the things that makes our summit so special is that we require everyone to come when it starts and stay through the end.

    Please arrive no later than Wednesday, September 29 at 10 a.m. and depart anytime on Friday, October 1.

    The Garden City room rate is honored three days before and three days after the Shareholder Summit.

  • John Wayne Airport (SNA) in Orange County is the closest and most convenient airport to The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel. We recommend the following options:

    • John Wayne Airport (SNA) — Approximately 30–45 minutes from the resort.

    • Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) — Approximately 1.5–2 hours from the resort.

    • San Diego International Airport (SAN) — Approximately 1–1.5 hours from the resort.

    Drive times are estimates and may vary significantly with traffic.
